PRICING
Pricing varies upon product and lettering. All prices include up to 6,500 stitches, not including lettering. Designs over 6,500 stitches will be charged at $.50/1,000 stitches. Lettering when used with a design is $4.00 for the first line of text and $2.00 for each additional line of text. Monogramming is $5.00 for each line of text.

PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% deposit is required at time of order, with the balance due upon receipt of goods. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, and MasterCard.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be processed. Larger orders may require additional time. Orders can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service, unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are based on the dollar value of your order:

RETURN POLICY
Due to the personalization of each order, items cannot be returned, except in the case of an error made by Something Personal, LLC or defective merchandise. Any return request must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. All goods must be returned in original condition. Shipping and handling cannot be credited.
